Anxiety and Persistent Tension
More than racing thoughts. A constant state of readiness - as if the alarm system never stops. A sense of danger even when everything seems fine. Nervous system hypervigilance - an exhausting internal frequency.

More than racing thoughts. A constant state of readiness - as if the alarm system never stops. A sense of danger even when everything seems fine. Nervous system hypervigilance - an exhausting internal frequency.
Not just sadness, but a sense of emptying out from meaning. Inner weight that makes simple things harder. Life continues - but something inside has stopped driving.
Moments when what we've built no longer fits who we're becoming. Divorce, career change, the gap between the life we have and the one we seek. A crisis that can also be a beginning.
Not just memory. The body continues responding as if it's happening now. Vigilance, freeze, or emotional flooding. Even when the mind knows the danger has passed - the body is still protecting.
Periods of inner opening that bring confusion. Questions about meaning and identity no longer have old answers. The old no longer fits - the new is still forming.
Illness touches more than the body - meaning, relationships, and fears. Support for the person and their loved ones. When the emotional process is as important as the medical.
Not always from crisis. Sometimes it's simply an inner calling to know yourself deeply, understand your patterns, and live with greater precision.

I know what it's like to be in depression and not find a way out. I know the shame of someone who 'should know better' and yet is stuck, the moment when tools no longer hold. These life lessons are the ground on which my work rests, not as a story but as a capacity to understand, even without many words, how hard it sometimes is to ask for help.
I studied Transpersonal Psychotherapy at Reidman College, then expanded for several more years in Buddhist psychology studies. I'm a certified Rebirther, Mindfulness facilitator, and work with somatic tools for trauma treatment. In parallel, I've been practicing Buddhist philosophy for years as a way of life.
In my work, I integrate two worlds: the developmental space of the therapy room and the facilitation of retreats and therapeutic journeys.
In my personal life, I live in Herzliya with my partner Roni, I surf, run, garden, and work with wood.
The therapy I offer holds depth and ground together through an integrative vision between the tools I have acquired.
A 20-minute conversation is a good place to start.
